Interschool
A one-of-a-kind event for school-based dance teams — built for amateurs and pre-professionals currently enrolled in secondary school. Industry-led workshops, on-stage rehearsals, and an evening Showcase Gala, all in one day.
What's different
Unlike a traditional competition, the day is built around school spirit, teamwork and performance growth in a supportive, educational environment — not just placements.
Solo, Duo & Trio — the creative brief
Dancers receive a creative brief on entry confirmation, with full artistic freedom over music, costuming and choreography to interpret it. Performances are capped at 2 minutes and must be a unique response to the brief, judged on interpretation, creativity and execution.
Troupe
Troupe routines run up to 3 minutes and can be student-led or teacher-choreographed — schools choose whichever best shows off their strengths.
Feedback built in
Every routine receives audio feedback from the judge plus a detailed score breakdown, making the day as educational as it is exciting.
Entry fees
$29 + GST registration per dancer · $39 solo · $49 duo/trio · $59 per troupe routine.
